  1. Please make a video of parcel opening in order to avoid any misunderstanding/miscommunication for a return product under defect category. A product will only be returned if validated with a parcel opening video sent on e-mail i.e. thekiddorama@gmail.com
  2. No return on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. However, in case of any problem with the product quality/defect, you may mail us at thekiddorama@gmail.co within 24 hours of receiving the product with images of defect/damage and we may take appropriate call on return. Please mention Order number on email.
  3. We offer a hassle free return policy on our products only on non-COD orders. There are two cases where order shall be considered as cancelled, one within 24 hours of placing the orderand the other within 24 hours of receiving the order. If you do not like a product or it has adefect, orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing/receiving the order overemail at thekiddorama@gmail.com with images of defect/damage, if any. This does not applyto customised products with customised size/name/ any other customization asked for bythe customer.
  4. Please note that the product must be unused, unaltered and unwashed in any manner, elsewould not be accepted. Also the product tags should be intact with its original packing, elsewe will not be able to process your return. Product return should be initiated within 1-2 daysfrom the day the return request is initiated (through e-mail) and another 3-5 days maximum forit to reach us at the return address i.e. B2/4 Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi-110029, INDIA.
  5. You would receive an email regarding resolution or return of product.
  6. Disputes registered after 24 hours of delivery may not be entertained by Kiddorama.
  7. Please note that return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer/returnee.
  8. After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Finally, after theproduct passes the quality check, we will issue a refund to the given bank account of thecustomer. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  9. We do not offer exchanges. We encourage you to go ahead and place a new order for adifferent size/product as needed.

Used, washed, damaged or laundered products can not be returned. Products tags and original packing mustbe intact to avail return.

Things to Know:

  1. Images on the website are professionally clicked due to which sometimes the colour of theactual product may slightly vary from the image taken.
  2. Sometimes product measurements may vary by 1-2 inches since the method of taking measurements is variable.
  3. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  4. Destination country import taxes, duties & charges are not refundable.
