No Returns on COD Orders: For defects, email within 24 hrs. with images and Order Number.
Returns (Non-COD Orders Only): Cancel within 3-4 days of order/delivery (excludes customized items).
Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags & original packaging.
Ship return within 1-2 days; customer bears return shipping cost.
Refunds (post quality check) take 7-10 business days.
